Tips and Tricks

1. Stitch the outline
2. Place your foam in the hoop
3. Stitch the inner letters
4. Gently tear away excess foam
5. Heat up the foam using a heat gun, hair drying, iron, or heat press

(be sure not to overheat the materials)
